The grapes are harvested in the second half of September, when fully ripe. This is followed by a long maceration on the skins for 7-8 days to extract all the typical nuances of the varietal. 6 months in steel and 2 in bottle.
Straw yellow color with beautiful golden reflections. The nose is fine and complex, with hints of citrus, pear, white peach and exotic fruit undertones, accompanied by floral notes of broom and elderflower. Fresh and pleasantly soft, with a mineral and citrus finish.
