Sensory Profile In the glass, it shines with an intense straw yellow color with golden reflections. The nose is a mosaic of aromas: it opens with notes of ripe yellow fruit (peach melba, loquat) and acacia flowers, then reveals its mineral soul with hints of flint and the classic bitter almond characteristic. With oxygenation, nuances of honey and a slight spiciness emerge. On the palate, it is enveloping, almost tactile, yet supported by a sharp acidity and savory quality that makes the sip dynamic and never heavy. Vinification and Aging The 2022 harvest required a meticulous selection of bunches.
