Belisario's Passerina 2025 is an ode to freshness and conviviality. This ancient grape variety, typical of the Adriatic side, is interpreted by the winery with a modern and fragrant style, enhancing its natural qualities of lightness and aromaticity. It is a "conversation wine", loved for its ability to be elegant and never tiring. In the 2025 vintage, Belisario Passerina confirms itself as a crystalline white, perfect for those who want an immediate sip, rich in floral notes and with a marked drinkability.
Sensory Profile In the glass, it presents a very pale, almost transparent straw yellow, with brilliant crystalline reflections. The nose is delicate and persuasive: it opens with hints of white flowers (jasmine and hawthorn) to then give way to fruity notes of yellow plum, white peach, and a touch of sweet citrus. On the palate, it is slender, fresh, and harmonious. Its acidity is less sharp than Pecorino, resulting in a softer and more balanced taste, with a clean finish that leaves a pleasant sensation of fruity freshness.
