Domaine Jaffelin's Pinot Noir "Les Chapitres" is born in the heart of Burgundy, from vines rooted in calcareous and clayey soils, ideal for enhancing the natural elegance of the grape variety. The Jaffelin house, founded in 1816 in Beaune, is one of the oldest in the region and still carries out artisanal and meticulous vinification, aimed at enhancing the authentic character of each cru.

In the glass, it presents itself with a luminous and transparent ruby red color.

On the nose, it reveals refined aromas of cherry, currant and raspberry, intertwined with floral notes of violet, light spicy nuances and a delicate mineral hint.

On the palate, it is fine and balanced, with silky tannins and a lively freshness that accompanies a smooth and harmonious sip. The finish is long and persistent, with fruity and spicy hints that enhance its typicality.
