PRODUCT FEATURES

The "Mes Trois Terroirs" cuvée (My Three Terroirs) by Le Guédard is a splendid geographical and agronomical synthesis of the Maison. As the name suggests, it is an assemblage that unites the diversity of soils on which Sébastien Sanchez works, offering an overview of the Vallée de la Marne in its Nature version

Champagne Le Guédard "Mes Trois Terroirs" Nature: The Pure Harmony of Nature

The "Mes Trois Terroirs" Nature Champagne is the manifesto of Le Guédard Maison's precision and respect for the environment. This cuvée is born from the union of the three main Champagne grape varieties (Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, and Chardonnay) originating from three different soil types surrounding the village of Cumières. It is a Pas Dosé (zero dosage) Champagne, designed for those who seek absolute purity and want to hear the sound of the earth in their glass without any sugary mediation.

Sensory Profile In the glass, it presents with a brilliant golden hue and an extremely fine and lively perlage. On the nose, it is an explosion of purity: citrus notes of grapefruit and lemon blend with hints of crisp apple, white flowers, and a distinct mineral trace. In the mouth, the impact is sharp, fresh, and incredibly dry, yet the typical maturity of Cumières grapes imparts a juicy texture that balances the total absence of sugar. The finish is vibrant, saline, and remarkably clean.

The Assemblage and Philosophy Sébastien Sanchez uses Organic certification and Biodynamic principles to ensure that each grape carries the identity of its terroir. The absence of dosage (Nature) is not a punitive technical choice, but an act of trust in the quality of the raw material: only perfectly ripe and healthy grapes can afford to "present themselves naked" without the help of the liqueur d'expédition.

Food Pairings Thanks to its absolute verticality, this Champagne is the ideal companion for shellfish and raw seafood. It pairs excellently with oysters, citrus sea bass tartare, or vegetable tempura. It is also perfect as a prestigious aperitif for those who prefer dry, sharp, and deeply mineral wines.
