Champagne Parmantier Rigaut Pinot Meunier extra brut is a cuvée of great personality obtained from 100% Pinot Meunier grapes from the company's vineyards in the Vallée de la Marne. Vinification in steel tanks with spontaneous fermentation and aging on lees for about three years. Low dosage, around 3 g/l. Golden yellow color with coppery reflections and fine perlage. Intense aroma of quince, ripe pear, toasted hazelnut, and dried flowers. On the palate, it is creamy and structured, with lively freshness, a balance between fruit and minerality, and a long, saline finish. A rare and territorial champagne, ideal with savory fish dishes, roasted white meats, and aged cheeses. Recommended serving temperature 8-10 °C.
