Produced according to the rigorous Traditional Method, this Crémant is the result of careful viticulture and a family passion passed down from generation to generation. Sensory Profile Upon sight, it presents a brilliant straw-yellow color, animated by a fine, numerous and persistent perlage. The nose is delicate and inviting: hints of green apple, white pear, and peach blossoms stand out, enriched by noble nuances of bread crust and fresh yeasts.
