Ferrari Perlé Bianco Trento DOC Brut 2015 is one of the highest expressions of the classic method by Ferrari, a Blanc de Blancs obtained exclusively from high-altitude Chardonnay, grown in the most suitable vineyards of Trentino.
Aged for a very long time on its lees, it appears in the glass with a brilliant golden color and an extremely fine and persistent perlage.
