Podei Fiorini Lambrusco di Sorbara "Corte degli Attimi" is made from 100% Sorbara grapes grown on sandy and silty soils in the Modena plain. Vinification involves short maceration and secondary fermentation in an autoclave using the Charmat method for about 60 days. It has a light ruby red color with violet reflections and a fine foam. The intense aroma reveals notes of raspberry, wild strawberry, and violet, with hints of citrus and minerals. On the palate, it is fresh and balanced with lively acidity, a slender body, and a dry, clean finish that recalls red fruits. This elegant and versatile wine is perfect with Emilian appetizers, gnocco fritto, cured meats, and traditional first courses. Serve at 10-12 °C.
