Maligni Chardonnay

Chardonnay Maligni is an elegant and refined white wine that embodies the quality and enological precision of Cantine Maligni. The grapes come from the hilly vineyards of Terre di Chieti, characterized by calcareous-clay soils and a climate that promotes balanced ripening, preserving aromatic freshness and structure.

Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with a portion of the wine aged in selected wood to enhance complexity and roundness. In the glass, it presents a brilliant straw yellow color with golden reflections.

The nose offers delicate aromas of ripe white fruit, apple, peach, and light floral notes, accompanied by a hint of vanilla and butter. On the palate, it is soft, harmonious, and enveloping, with balanced freshness and a long, persistent finish.

A versatile and gastronomic white wine, ideal for aperitifs, appetizers, fish dishes, shellfish, and refined Mediterranean cuisine.
