Gigli Trebbiano Terre di Chieti IGT is a modern and territorial interpretation of Abruzzo Trebbiano, by Cantine Maligni. The grapes come from hillside vineyards in the province of Chieti, characterized by clay-limestone soils and a significant temperature range, ideal conditions for preserving aromatic freshness and balance.
Vinification is carried out with controlled temperature fermentation in stainless steel, to enhance the purity of the grape and maintain its varietal expression intact. The wine has a brilliant straw-yellow color, with greenish reflections.
On the nose, it offers clear and delicate aromas of white flowers, green apple, pear, and light citrus notes. On the palate, it is fresh, linear, and well-balanced, with good structure for its type and a clean finish, characterized by pleasant sapidity.
A versatile and gastronomic Trebbiano, ideal paired with fish dishes, cold appetizers, vegetables, white meats, and Mediterranean cuisine.
