The Passerina Ostrea Colline Teatine IGT is a refined interpretation of one of the most distinctive native grape varieties of the Adriatic Abruzzo region. The Passerina grapes come from hilly vineyards in the Colline Teatine, a renowned area characterized by calcareous-clay soils and constant maritime influence, elements that give the wine freshness, aromatic precision, and a marked savoriness.
Vinification takes place exclusively in stainless steel at a controlled temperature, with the aim of preserving varietal integrity and the purest expression of the grape. The color is a pale, luminous straw yellow.
The nose opens with delicate and well-defined aromas of white flowers, citrus, crisp apple, and light saline notes. On the palate, it is fresh, smooth, and balanced, with an elegant texture and a clean finish, characterized by a pleasant mineral vein that recalls its origin.
A modern, immediate yet not trivial white wine, perfect as an aperitif and particularly suitable with raw fish, seafood, crustaceans, delicate first courses, and Mediterranean cuisine.
