Pecorino Maia Colline Teatine IGT represents one of the most authentic and contemporary expressions of the Abruzzo Pecorino grape. The grapes come from well-exposed hillside vineyards in the Colline Teatine, characterized by calcareous-clay soils and a microclimate influenced by the proximity of the Adriatic Sea, factors that promote aromatic concentration, acidic tension, and gustatory depth.
Vinification takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, with aging on fine lees that contributes to greater structure and complexity without compromising varietal freshness. In the glass, it presents an intense, luminous straw-yellow color.
The aromatic profile is broad and precise: white flowers, yellow-fleshed fruit, ripe citrus, and light herbaceous and mineral notes. On the palate, it is full, vibrant, and balanced, with well-integrated freshness, a distinct savory texture, and an elegant persistence that underlines its territorial character.
A white wine with personality and great gastronomic versatility, ideal with structured fish dishes, crustaceans, white meats, fresh cheeses, and evolved Mediterranean cuisine.
