The historic S.A. Prüm winery, founded in 1911 and with roots dating back to the 18th century, is one of the Moselle's iconic estates. For generations, the Prüm family has cultivated vineyards on the famous steep slopes bordering the river, where the slate soils impart finesse, freshness, and longevity to their Rieslings.

The 2020 Blue Riesling Trocken is the most direct and contemporary expression of the house style. It presents a clear, bright straw yellow color. On the nose, it releases vibrant aromas of lime, green apple, and white peach, intertwined with floral notes and a distinct mineral character.

On the palate, it is dry, taut, and dynamic, with vibrant acidity and great aromatic precision. The finish is long, fresh, and savory, with elegant citrus notes that invite another sip.
