Niedrist Mitterberg Rosé 2022

The 2022 Mitterberg Rosé from the Niedrist estate is born on the hills of Oltradige, in South Tyrol, from a selection of red grapes grown in vineyards characterized by calcareous soils and an alpine climate. The winery interprets rosé with precision and elegance, offering a fresh, bright, and deeply territorial wine.

In the glass, it presents with a delicate, brilliant, and crystalline cherry pink.

The nose releases vibrant aromas of wild strawberries, raspberries, and pomegranate, enriched by floral notes of rose petals and a slight herbaceous touch that underscores its freshness.

On the palate, it is slender and harmonious, with crisp acidity and a pleasant savoriness that support the sip. The texture is fine and balanced, while the finish is long, elegant, and persistent, with fruity and floral returns.
