Pere Ventura's Cava Primer Reserva Brut is a sparkling wine of great balance and character. Produced according to the traditional method (refermentation in the bottle), this sparkling wine is born from a careful blend of the three native grape varieties of the region: Xarel·lo, Macabeo, and Parellada. The Reserva designation guarantees a prolonged aging on the lees, which gives the wine a silky structure and refined evolutionary notes, while maintaining the Mediterranean freshness that makes it immediately enjoyable.

Sensory Profile In the glass, it presents a brilliant straw yellow with luminous golden reflections and a fine, persistent, and lively perlage. The bouquet is a harmonious intertwining of fruity and floral notes: green apple, pear, and citrus stand out, followed by elegant hints of toasted almond, honey, and bread crust derived from aging on the lees. On the palate, the entry is fresh and clean; the texture is creamy and well-balanced, with a mineral savoriness that accompanies the sip towards a persistent, harmonious, and slightly citrusy finish.
