Peter Dipoli's "Fihl" DOC 2019 Merlot comes from the hillside vineyards of Alto Adige, where sandy and calcareous soils and an alpine climate, characterized by significant temperature fluctuations, offer the vine an ideal habitat. The winery interprets this Merlot with rigor and sensitivity, producing a red wine of great balance and depth.

In the glass, it presents an intense and brilliant ruby red color.
