"Le Alchimie di Santiago" is a Veneto IGT red wine produced by Pezzalunga, made from a blend of Cabernet Franc and Merlot. It is fermented with spontaneous yeasts and aged in steel to preserve its freshness and vitality. The wine comes from vineyards located in the municipality of Brendola, on calcareous-clay soils with favorable exposures. It has an intense ruby color. The nose offers notes of green pepper, tomato leaf, red fruits (blackberry, raspberry), and light floral and wild nuances. On the palate, it is dynamic, elegant, with gentle tannins and good balance, supported by a nice acidity and a savory, clean finish. Ideal with red meat, tartare, fine cured meats, and medium-bodied dishes
