Podere Fiorini Rosso Frizzante Secco L'Ho Sbagliato ("I Was Wrong") is a sparkling dry red wine made from a blend of Lambrusco Grasparossa and Malbo Gentile grapes sourced from organically farmed vineyards in the hills of Savignano sul Panaro. Vinification involves spontaneous fermentation and natural re-fermentation in the bottle using the ancestral method, with no filtration or fining. It has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections and a slight haziness. The aroma is vinous and fruity, with notes of blackberry, cherry, sour cherry, and floral hints. On the palate, it is dry, lively, and decisive, with fresh acidity, present tannins, and a dry, mineral finish. This authentic, artisanal wine embodies the most genuine Emilian tradition, ideal with cured meats, gnocco fritto, and rustic dishes. Serving temperature: 10-12 °C.
