Podere Fiorini Torre dei Nanni Barbera dell'Emilia I Contrari 2017 is born from a blend of Barbera and Merlot grapes from hillside vineyards in Savignano sul Panaro, cultivated organically. Traditional winemaking with maceration on the skins and aging in steel and large barrels. Intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Fruity and enveloping aroma with notes of ripe cherry, plum, blackberry, and light balsamic and spicy nuances. On the palate, it is fresh and structured with soft tannins, good acidity, and a long, harmonious finish. A wine with a decisive yet balanced character, ideal with cured meats, savory first courses, and grilled meats. Serving temperature 16-18 °C.
