Podere Fiorini Torre dei Nanni Barbera "La Torre" 2016 is a still red wine made from 100% Barbera grapes, organically grown in the estate's vineyards. Vinification involves natural fermentation in steel tanks, followed by aging in large barrels and barriques. It has a deep ruby red color with garnet hues, and aromas of ripe red fruits, cherry, plum, leather, and light spicy notes. On the palate, it is enveloping and well-structured, with vibrant acidity, elegant tannins, and a long finish with fruity undertones. Ideal with game, braised meats, roasts, and aged cheeses. Serve at 16-18 °C.
