Podere Fiorini Torre dei Nanni Rosso Emilia 2016 is a still red IGT wine made from a typical Emilian blend that may include Barbera and Merlot,
traditional winemaking with controlled maceration on the skins and aging in medium-sized oak barrels. Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections. Complex aroma of ripe fruit (cherry, plum), sweet spices, notes of tobacco and cocoa, and light earthy nuances. On the palate, it is full-bodied, well-balanced, with ripe and velvety tannins, well-balanced acidity, and a persistent finish of dark fruits. Ideal with braised meats, roasts, red meats, game, and aged cheeses. Recommended serving temperature: 16-18 °C
