Pojer & Sandri Zero Infinito Cremisi Rosé

Pojer & Sandri's Zero Infinito Cremisi is a petillant naturel with a strong personality, born in Trentino-Alto Adige from resistant Solaris vines cultivated according to organic farming principles. Fermented in the bottle using the ancestral method, it is a sparkling wine with no additions or filtrations, born from the desire for absolute purity.

In the glass, it shows a brilliant pink color, almost fuchsia with subtle bluish hues, bright and vibrant.

On the nose, it offers an intense and floral bouquet, with fresh roses and the fragrance of small red fruits like strawberry, raspberry, and pomegranate; accents of mountain flowers and elderflower also emerge. 

On the palate, it is juicy, fragrant, and savory, with fine and lively bubbles. The sip is elegant and persistent, characterized by freshness and minerality that leave their mark.
