Quinta Do Pessegueiro Douro Tinto Cao 2020 DOC

Quinta do Pessegueiro Tinto Cão 2020 Douro DOC is a single-varietal red wine made from Tinta Cão grapes grown on the terraces of the Douro River on schist soils. Traditional vinification in lagares, complete fermentation, and aging for about 12 months in large oak barrels and barriques. Ruby red color with purplish reflections, intense aroma of wild red fruits, violet, sweet spices, and balsamic notes. On the palate, it is enveloping and well-structured with vibrant freshness, fine tannins, and a long, saline finish. A wine of good elegance, ideal with red meats, game, roasts, and aged cheeses. Recommended serving temperature: 16-18 °C.
