The Rocca di Frassinello 2017 is born in the Tuscan Maremma from a unique project that combines the experience of Castellare di Castellina with the prestige of Château Lafite Rothschild. It is the estate's flagship wine, capable of blending the authentic character of Sangiovese with the elegance of Bordeaux grape varieties.

In the glass, it presents an intense and brilliant ruby red color. The nose is complex and enveloping, with aromas of black cherry, ripe plum, and black fruits, intertwined with notes of sweet spices, tobacco, and cocoa, with a delicate balsamic touch.

On the palate, it is broad and structured, with mature and velvety tannins that support a rich yet balanced sip. The freshness gives impetus and liveliness, while the finish is long and persistent, with elegant hints of dark fruit and spices.
