Rocca di Frassinello San Germano 2018 is born in the heart of the Tuscan Maremma, from a winery that represents the encounter between Italian tradition and French savoir-faire. The fruit of the collaboration between the Panerai family and Domini Castellare di Castellina together with the famous Château Lafite Rothschild, Rocca di Frassinello is a project that combines Bordeaux elegance with the Mediterranean soul of Tuscany.

San Germano is the estate's rarest and most precious label, produced exclusively in the best vintages with a careful selection of Sangioveto and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes from the most suitable vineyards. In the glass, it presents itself with a deep and brilliant ruby red color. The nose opens with intense aromas of ripe black fruits, black cherry and currant, accompanied by notes of fine spices, tobacco, cocoa and balsamic hints.

On the palate, it is broad, complex, and velvety, with powerful yet perfectly integrated tannins. The solid structure is balanced by an elegant freshness that gives equilibrium and longevity. The finish is long, rich, and persistent, with mineral and spicy undertones that enhance the wine's great personality.
