Grappa Stravecchia from the Rossi d’Angera distillery is the fruit of a long tradition that began in 1847 on Lake Maggiore and has been handed down for five generations. Obtained from selected pomace and distilled using artisanal methods, this grappa is aged for a long time in oak barrels, where it develops elegance, harmony, and complexity.
In the glass, it presents an intense and brilliant amber color, the result of wood aging.
On the nose, it offers enveloping and complex aromas, with notes of dried fruit, honey, vanilla, and sweet spices, enriched by delicate toasted hints.
On the palate, it is warm, soft, and velvety, with a balanced sip that combines roundness and aromatic depth. The finish is long and persistent, with hints of ripe fruit, cocoa, and fine spices.
A grappa of great value and personality, ideal for meditation and perfect paired with dark chocolate or cigars, capable of conveying all the nobility and experience of the historic Rossi d’Angera distillery.
