Schiopetto Pinot Grigio Il Pompiere DOC 2022

A lively white from Friuli-Venezia Giulia made from 100% Pinot Grigio grapes, "del Pompiere" is conceived as a youthful, fresh, and fragrant Pinot Grigio. Pale yellow color with golden reflections. The nose expresses notes of yellow and exotic fruit, white flowers, medicinal herbs, and mineral hints. On the palate, it is soft but with well-calibrated acidity, a savoriness that balances the softness, a clean finish, and a light aromatic touch. Aged for about 5 months in steel and 2 months in the bottle. Perfect as an aperitif, but also pairs well with appetizers, grilled fish, delicate pasta dishes, and light summer cuisine.
