Tenuta Santa Lucia Paride 2020 is a pure Sangiovese from a "yellow marl" selection, grown on calcareous-marl soil. Vinification takes place with prolonged maceration, spontaneous fermentation in steel tanks, and aging in amphora for about 2 months, followed by aging in steel. It has an intense ruby red color with violet reflections. Complex aromas of red fruits, dried rose, sweet spices, and mineral nuances. On the palate, it is elegant and harmonious with fine tannins, good freshness, and a persistent, vinous, and slightly balsamic finish. Ideal with meat dishes, roasts, game, and medium-aged cheeses. Serving temperature 16-18 °C
