Vespa's Primitivo di Manduria Riserva “Raccontami” 2020 is one of the richest and most engaging interpretations of this Apulian DOC. Produced from selected Primitivo grapes destined for appassimento, fermented with prolonged maceration, and then aged for several months in barriques, it emerges as a wine of great intensity and noble fruit.

In the glass, it presents an intense and deep ruby red color, with slight garnet reflections that anticipate its evolution.

On the nose, it offers complex aromatic suggestions: brandied cherries, ripe plums, oriental spices, cocoa, and licorice, enriched by tones of vanilla and sweet pepper.

In the mouth, it is enveloping and structured, with soft and velvety tannins supported by a savory freshness that provides balance and length. The finish is elegant and persistent, with a return of candied fruit, fine spices, and a delicate balsamic nuance.
