Villa Raiano Fiano Di Avellino DOCG 2023

Villa Raiano's 2023 Fiano di Avellino DOCG is born in the Irpinia area, where vineyards at 350-480 meters of altitude benefit from calcareous and marno-clayey soils. The grapes, hand-picked in small crates, are vinified with extreme delicacy to enhance the varietal purity of Fiano; fermentation and aging take place strictly in steel, to preserve freshness and minerality. 

In the glass, it stands out for its straw yellow color with greenish reflections, luminous and inviting. 

The nose offers a refined and evocative bouquet: notes of white peach, white flowers, delicate citrus, mint, and sage are perceived, accompanied by fine white chocolate and candied citrus; over time, a vibrant minerality emerges. 

On the palate, it displays a subtle, elegant, and mineral sip, with vibrant acidity that adds momentum. The taste is full yet balanced, with a long finish where floral nuances and an inviting minty echo return. 

A refined and authentic Fiano, perfect as an aperitif and ideal paired with raw seafood, delicate risottos, fish dishes, sushi, summer salads, and fresh cheeses.
