Vite Colte's Barolo Chinato "Paesi Tuoi" is born from the encounter between the elegance of Barolo and the ancient Piedmontese tradition of flavoring great wines with medicinal herbs and spices. The winery chose to dedicate this label to Cesare Pavese's famous novel, recalling in the name the deep connection with the culture and land of origin.

In the glass, it presents an intense, brilliant garnet red, rich in amber nuances.

On the nose, it releases an enveloping and complex bouquet, where the typical notes of Barolo – ripe red fruits, spices, and liquorice – blend harmoniously with aromas of aromatic herbs, cinchona, cinnamon, cloves, and citrus peel.

On the palate, it is warm, soft, and velvety, with a perfect balance between the noble structure of the wine and the balsamic and spicy sensations of the infusions. The finish is long, elegant, and persistent, characterized by a refined aromatic complexity.
