Vite Colte's Barolo "Paesi Tuoi" 2021 is a rigorous and contemporary interpretation of Nebbiolo from Barolo, born from a selection of vineyards located in the historic municipalities of the appellation, carefully chosen for their exposure, altitude, and pedoclimatic characteristics.

The 2021 vintage, characterized by balanced climatic conditions and slow, regular maturation, allowed for grapes of great aromatic integrity and structure. Vinification is carried out with careful maceration and measured extractions, followed by prolonged aging in wood, aimed at enhancing finesse and balance without overpowering the varietal character.

On the nose, it expresses notes of ripe cherry, small red fruits, dried rose, and subtle spices, accompanied by balsamic and mineral hints. The palate is structured, deep, and harmonious, with well-defined yet already well-integrated tannins, a lively freshness, and a long, consistent progression.
