Vite Colte's 2024 Sauvignon “Tra Donnesole” is one of the most precise expressions of the varietal in Piedmont. The grapes come from selected vineyards in eastern Piedmont, characterized by soils rich in clay and limestone and good thermal excursion, which favor slow maturation and intense aromatics.

Winemaking involves controlled temperature fermentation and short aging on fine lees, preserving freshness, minerality, and varietal aromatic profile.
