Volpe Pasini's Sauvignon "Zuc di Volpe" DOC 2022 originates in the Colli Orientali del Friuli, in a terroir that combines marl soils, constant ventilation, and a balanced climate. This interpretation of the grape takes its name from the "Zuc di Volpe" area, a place of great expressiveness, where Sauvignon acquires aromatic precision and an authentic personality.

In the glass, it presents a brilliant, luminous, and inviting straw yellow color.

On the nose, it releases a complex and vibrant bouquet, with fresh notes of citrus, passion fruit, white peach, and white flowers, enriched by a background of aromatic herbs and a mineral nuance.

On the palate, it is lively and harmonious, with crisp acidity supporting a persuasive structure. The sip glides elegantly, accompanied by a long and clean finish, characterized by floral, fruity, and subtly saline returns.
