The Cervaro della Sala Castello della Sala Umbria IGT 2024 represents the excellence of Marchesi Antinori's white wine production in Umbria, at the historic Castello della Sala estate. This wine was created to express aromatic fullness, elegance, and harmony, combining local tradition with the innovative oenological vision of the Antinori family.

The 2024 vintage offered optimal climatic conditions, allowing the Chardonnay and Grechetto grapes to ripen with balance and concentration, preserving freshness, aromatic finesse, and structure. The wine ages in selected oak barrels and steel, developing refined complexity and a balanced character.

On the nose, it opens with notes of ripe white fruit, citrus, and peach, enriched by floral nuances, delicate vanilla, and slight buttery notes. On the palate, it is soft, enveloping, and harmonious, with good structure and vibrant freshness, leading to a long, elegant, and persistent finish.
