The 2018 vintage offered perfect phenolic ripeness, allowing for a wine that combines an almost "red wine" structure with the saline tension and typical finesse of Quadra's great Metodo Classico.
Sensory Profile In the glass, it presents an antique golden yellow color with subtle coppery reflections, typical of Pinot Noir. The perlage is very fine, almost velvety. On the nose, the impact is powerful: notes of small red fruits (currant, raspberry), bitter orange peel, and a distinct trace of toasted dried fruit, followed by hints of evolved bakery products and gunpowder.
