Il Mosnel Franciacorta Riserva Pas Dosé DOCG 2009 represents the absolute excellence of the historic Mosnel winery, the expression of over ten years of aging on the lees to develop extraordinary complexity, depth and harmony.

Produced from selected Chardonnay, Pinot Bianco and Pinot Noir grapes, with no added sugars, it has a very fine perlage and a bright golden color. The nose releases complex aromas of ripe fruit, hazelnut, white flowers and light toasted notes. In the mouth it is elegant, enveloping and vertical, with vibrant freshness, balanced structure and a long, persistent finish.
