Quadra's Franciacorta Satèn 2021 is the essence of softness combined with freshness. Produced exclusively from white grapes (predominantly Chardonnay with a significant proportion of Pinot Bianco), this Satèn stands out for its atmospheric pressure of less than 5 bar, which creates a creamy and velvety perlage. The 2021 vintage has given the wine an enviable acidic vibrancy, making it one of the most dynamic and unexpected Satèns in the Brescia region.

Sensory Profile In the glass, it shines with a straw yellow color, golden reflections, and a very fine perlage. The nose is a delicate intertwining of white flowers, fresh almond, bread crust, and citrus notes of cedar. On the palate, the entry is soft and enveloping, almost buttery, but immediately balanced by a vibrant savoriness. The bubbles are caressing like silk, leaving a long and clean finish with hints of dried fruit and noble yeasts.

Food Pairings It is the ideal companion for sophisticated aperitifs but excels with delicate dishes: raw seafood, pumpkin flower and shrimp risotto, or light preparations of white meats. Also worth trying with fresh or stretched-curd cheeses.
